Orange: The color orange is optimistic and extroverted – the color of the uninhibited. Orange helps to restore balance to our physical energies. It helps us take account of our lives, to face the consequences, take action and make appropriate changes, and then to move onward and upward. Orange has a more balanced energy than red, not as passionate and aggressive, but full of vitality.

Yellow: Creative – the color of new ideas, yellow helps us find new ways of doing things. Yellow helps with clear thinking and quick decision-making but it can also be impulsive.

Green: Harmony and balance – Green is the great balancer of our mental, emotional and physical energies which is why there is so much green on our planet. Green is the heart center of the body.

Growth: As in nature, green leaves are an indication the plant is still growing.

Hope: Green is the anticipation of things to come

Rejuvenating: The color green revitalizes us when we are physically, mentally or emotionally exhausted.

Nurturing: Because of its link with the heart, green urges us to nurture others. Green is also nurturing to us – another reason why it is the most predominant color on earth.

Blue: Communication – Blue relates to one-to-one verbal communication and self expression.
Peace and calm: The color blue induces calm and peace within us, particularly the deeper shades.
Honesty: Blue is the color of truth.
Religion: Blue is the color of devotion and religious study.
Wisdom: Blue enhances the wisdom of the intellect.

“Splendor”

Peacock is a symbol of wisdom, vision, integrity and beauty. Its cycle of power is Spring and Autumn. The Peacock helps us show our true colors. In Buddhism, the ‘eyes’ in the peacocks tail are a symbol of watchfulness. In Chinese mythology, the plumage is a blending of five colors that have a sweet harmony of sound.

Gold: Inspires knowledge, spirituality and a deep understanding of the self and soul. It helps awaken compassion, caring, love, generosity, gold is the benefactor or patron.

Magenta: Emotional balance –  it helps to create emotional, physical and spiritual balance. Inspires cheerfulness and optimism, creativity and innovation, dream activity and positive change.

Silver: A feminine energy, it is related to the moon and the ebb and flow of the tides. Silver opens the mind and lights the way forward. It reflects back the energy sent out, whether that energy is positive or negative.

Feminine Power: it is related to the femininity of the moon’s energy – sensitive, emotional and fluid.

Calming and soothing: Its gentle and comforting qualities relate to the sensitivity of the moon’s cycle of ebb and flow.

Turquoise: This color represents open communication from and between the heart and the spoken word.

Clarity of Thought: It enhances the ability to focus and concentrate, assisting with clear thinking and decision-making and the development of good organizational skills.

“Lotus Mantra”

The lotus is an ancient symbol in many cultures. The lotus flower represents one symbol of fortune in Buddhism. It grows in muddy water, and it is this environment that gives forth the flower’s first and most literal meaning: rising and blooming above the murk to achieve enlightenment. The white lotus flower refers to purity of the mind and the spirit. It represents purification and rebirth. Each stage of growth the lotus flower goes through represents a different stage of enlightenment. A lotus flower fully bloomed and open represents full enlightenment and self-awareness.

White: is strengthening, promotes purity, virtue and spirituality. White represents new beginnings, helping us through times of stress, and allowing us put the past behind us – preparing us to move on. White is a color of protection and encouragement, offering a sense of peace and calm.

Red: The color red symbolizes energy, it boosts our physical energy levels, increases our heart rate and blood pressure and prompts the release of adrenalin. It is fast moving and promotes a need for action and movement.

Magenta: The color magenta helps to create harmony and balance in every aspect of life; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Magenta is uplifting, it is an instrument of change and transformation, it helps to release old emotional patterns that prevent personal and spiritual development, magenta aids us in moving forward. It is a color of cheerfulness, happiness, contentment and appreciation for what you have acquired and achieved.
